Ats dual fueler question

I bought a used dual fueler kit from someone on here and my fault didn't check to make sure I had everything so I'm miss this high pressure fitting going to the rail and was wondering if a stock fitting out of rail I have laying around would work? And I'm also missing the bolt for the alternator that has the shaved head, has anyone had issues with the factory bolt hitting the belt? If I get this resolved I should be ok. Here's a picture to better understand what I'm talking about ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428372950.504344.jpg I have a 03 lb7 so i should need the one on the right ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428373040.431505.jpg it looks like it would be close but might clear. Thanks for any help

So I got the truck running with this kit and noticed that the tensioner is at maximum adjustment, the belt is tight. Anyone else seen this? ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428790315.588488.jpg

Great, do you happen to know the part number or how much bigger of a pulley I should be looking for

I tired a bigger pulley with a 138 belt. but the when the tensioner is lined up like its supposed to be it will rub it when it's routed on the outside of it and going up to the ac like that. I ended up stacking washers and raising up my ac pulley last year and slung the belt just once. 137 inch belt would be perfect.

Thanks I'll give that a try this week, this kit is turning into the biggest PITA out of this build

So if anyone runs into this issue the idler pulley needed is a ford part and the part number is 3c3z8678bb and the NAPA part number is 36492ImageUploadedByTapatalk1428957012.016091.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1428957031.676304.jpg as you can see it's much better now and this is the pulley to replace because there's not enough clearance in the back for the pulley to clear on the other idler

Ben, I understand you had some issues with one of my kits that you purchased 2+ years ago thru Matt when I first started building them. Actually yours may have been one of the first LLY's I had done at the time as I was just getting into dual pump kits. Needless to say our kits have changed dramatically in the past 2 years.
looking back thru PM we spoke almost a year ago now about the issues you had when i noticed you were complaining about fitment on the forum. A year later from purchase and I offered to send parts to replace the items you had issues with and you denied that. So why are you still bad mouthing me? I take pride in my parts and my shop and we produce a quality product and We do our best to make sure customers are taken care of. You can reach me at the shop 630-277-8239 if you'd like to discuss further. Thanks.
