If you are replacing all the pistons I would use mahle motorsports part # 930036055(std bore) or 930036075(.020" over). Most cost effective option that is also an improvement in strength. They come with pins and rings.

The problem with removing the front seal only is that the metal press fit part of the seal will be stuck to the crank snout. So it will not only block your view but will also require you to remove the front cover anyway.

Standard dmax bore is 4.055". So 4.075 is .020" (read twenty thousanths) overbore and so on. Valve reliefs(pockets) are machined out spaces for each valve to make clearance for a larger camshaft.

I would do billet caps and a girdle before dowels. We've spread pan rails of the block before using billet caps and no girdle.

I have used many Merchant auto lines with success. They can be spliced in while leaving the ends attached to cooler & trans.
The Fleece lines are what I would recommend if you want to remove the o.e. lines completely.

Your build will be perfectly fine for your intentions. Assuming you meant mahle motorsports pistons. A good machine shop can verify if your rods are good.
