    random discharge of batteries

See attachment. Disconnect one battery cable (either neg or positive one battery only) and leave the other connected, then work on your battery problem. If no problems with just one battery, then disconnect the good battery and connect the bad battery and see if you can locate the problem. A...

Best Battery maintainer for our dual battery setups?

I park my truck for 5 months straight and use a NOCO from Amazon. It works well both on the truck and the ZTR mower - $30 currently. If you start with a charged battery, it will maintain just fine. If your batteries are spanked, buy a 10 amp or larger charger. NOCO GENIUS1, 1-Amp Automatic...

Radiator replacement, transmission cooler line issues

The clips must have the proper orientation as I remember it. Remove one of the lines and work with the clip only on the radiator fitting. Rotate the clip until the little 'feet' fall into the slots of the fitting. Once you have the correct orientation, push the pipe into the fitting and yu will...

    Engine bay very hot

If your concern is about the cold side pipe being hot, don't worry. They're always hot, at least in 70+ degree weather. The hot side, of course, is quite hot, then that feeds into the intercooler, then into the cold side pipe. But the cold side piping there will still be hot to the touch

    random discharge of batteries

Or stop in a Walmart and ask them to test the batteries. Make sure they disconnect one while testing the other, sometimes they 'forget' to do this. A shorted cell will present problems like this. The Dean E test does the same thing.

    Problems attempting injector cleaning

Great that you got the truck fixed. Seems like more and more people can't figure out what to fix, or parts and are just not available.

    No crank

If you have voltage (battery+ voltage) at terminal 87 of the EDU relay, you must have power at the 2 fuses previously mentioned. If not, wire is broken, or chewed, or melted, or ??

Lly dsp5 tune hesitation/cut out from dead stop.

It looks like the engine is responding but the transmission (maybe the torque converter) isn't turning the driveshaft, or the brake is still applied.

    No crank

If the relay is not in the circuit or has failed, the activation of the circuit beyond the relay will not happen. You have to have the relay installed in the fusebox to pass power to the next fuses (ECMRPCV, EDU) in line. It is the relay that makes the physical connection of the circuits. No...

    No crank

Fuse #1 is the EDU (FICM) fuse Fuse #2 is the ECM (ECMRPV) fuse Relay #5 is the EDU Relay Power comes in from the EDU Relay on Pin 85 on the relay and is grounded by pin 85, which closes the relay. Constant power from Pin #30 passes to Pin #87, then onto the ECMRPV fuse and the EDU Fuse. There...

    No crank

Look at the UNDERSIDE OF THE LID to see what the NAMES of your problem fuses are. Just having a picture does not tell us what they are and therefore what circuit they feed.

    No crank

When you have 12V on one part of a circuit but only 3V in another part, my first thought is high resistance. I think James is right. Check the voltage on each side of each fuse. They should be the same. Then pull the fuses that have 3V on them and see if they are making good contact. Clean them...

    Problems attempting injector cleaning

If your fuel pump is running all the time, it has battery power and ground all the time, perhaps not the way you would expect it to have. Perhaps your fuel pump relay is stuck running, or your fuel pump driver control failed to constant run status. If you want to dig into it, download the wiring...
