Soft C0035, C0055 codes as soon as you turn the key on.

See attachments. As you will see, there is a more refined DTC code that can be discovered if your scan tool has the ability. Knowing this 'sub code' (not sure of the correct nomenclature for this) very well may help you to determine more closely what the exact problem is, or what to look for...

    P0406 wont go away

The attachment is the only thing I can find in LB7 Wiring diagrams. I don't understand the squiggly line inside the 3 vents/valves lower right side of diagram. Maybe that's how they indicate a solenoid (or other devices). But there is A side and a B side.

    Help with engine power reduced

One thing that can cause the MAF reading to be low is that the EGR valve is open at least more than it is supposed to be. Another cause is that the intake air tube is larger in diameter than stock which skews the MAF reading, such as an aftermarket intake.

low pressure fuel leak got me stumped

Is your Airdog actually running and pumping? And is the fuel reaching the filter? Sounds foolish to suggest, but sometimes you need to start with simple. Like James said, try different spots. Choose the easy spots to start with.
