    Every Circle D converter I've installed they call for 1/8in + or - .0025in. And this has applied to 4L60, 6L80, 8L90 etc.

    You’re fine there. GM didn’t have a thermal bypass valve on those years. There is just a small aluminum block that secures both trans cooler lines coming into bell housing.
