    Difference in a 17-19 and 2020+ engine?

    Isn't a L5P a L5P no matter the year? I'm just assuming but wouldn't it be like my 08 lmm blowing a motor and the dealer putting a 2010 lmm in it? I would think until the engine code changes then it would be different but maybe gm changed it up i guess.

    You could always keep one old hub that isn't shot then If a new one goes put it in and send the other for warranty.

    The motor was changed under warranty I bet. I wonder if a GM dealer can lookup your vin and see?

    Ya that's an issue. Even if I wasn't using my truck to dd I'm not going to sit around for a few weeks waiting. That being said I put new SKFs in about 5 years ago. Still working alright.

    I might hit them up about warranty and sell them. Shipping will cost me close to $200 cad by the time I send these old ones out and get the new ones in with duty and customs. Still might beable to recoup $250

    Pure junk, I can't see these lasting if you were to tow heavy. I'm pissed they cause my leaf springs to bend clockwise, not sure if I should replace the springs again.

    You could get it up to hiway speed in 5th gear at as low rpm you can, turn the power up to max and give it as much throttle you can see if the rpms come up (to indicate slipping converter clutch) without making it downshift and see if the rpms climb.
