    Extended warranty - Should I get it ?

    I'm leaning towards not getting it. Going to see if it covers injectors and pump today if not I'll hard pass on it. I believe I can buy the extended warranty any time before the 3 year bumper to bumper is up, although I've heard the price of it goes up more.

    How much was a warranty like that worth? They offered me bumper to bumper coverage for 5 years 140,000kms. With power train warranty until 160,000km still for $4000.

    I have about around 5000km on my cardone 6 bolt now. 0 leaks and tight still . I'm also lifted with 35s on 22s with the torsions turned up a bit

    I was planning on upgrading to a 2024 AT4 duramax. This is disappointing. I've heard terrible fuel mileage aswell.

    LBZ won't hold rail pressure at idle

    That is strange it shows commanded 12k with the fpr unplugged. Is there any codes? I wonder if full flashing the ecm with your current tune would change anything possibly from a corruption issue or if one of the pins the the main bail connectors on the drivers side of the engine isn't fully...

    Lift pump and fuel filter delete

    I just usually loosen the secondary filter on the fass and turn the key on until its full then tighten it up and gtg. My fass is old tho. Never had an issue using my lift pump to prime the stock filter, then again I don't usually do them at the same time.

    What is the number 1 thing you have done to make your truck tow better?

    Mishimoto transmission cooler. I never have to question if my built trans temps will get hot ever.
