    2024 Tahoe with 3.0 Duramax

    Not sure if everyone knows or not but the 3.0 and 6.6s hold power back until they get a few kms on them. Mine felt like double the power increase after 1000km on it.

    LB7s in Canada are going for under $10,000 Cad. When I see what prices of used duramaxes are going for down south it's almost unbelievable.

    Yes that will work fine if the autel is a VCI200 or Elite. The cracked GDS2 software is right on vxdiag website.

    Lol mine works great surprisingly. It actually is faster than this junk MDI2 clone I have that identifies as a MDI 🤔 For the nano to work you have to open vx manager first, connect to nano then open whatever software you want to use.

    Any j2534 pass through device and a copy of tech2win will work fine. There is the newest gds2 with 2025 vehicle support and tech2win on vxdiag. I'm using them both on windows 10 and 11 with either a nano or mdi2 clone.

    So both EFI and Edge do not work with the 24s, interesting. I seen Edge CTS 3 was advertised to work with the new ones guess not yet. You haven't tried the banks with the gen 2 L5P? Still looking for someone that can confirm they've used a working code reader on a 24 L5P.

    For sure there is power, how else would it say no vehicle detected? I'm trying to use it standalone no laptop.

    Both software and firmware are up to date. When plugged into obd2 on truck and try to pull up dtcs it says no vehicle detected still. I'm thinking that update is for up to 2023 L5P.

My EFI Live V2 just says vehicle undetected when I plug it into my 24 and I sold the old edge cts with my LMM.     2024 2500 with max tow package or 3500. What is the difference?

    I got a 3500hd srw. Compared to my buddies 2023 2500hd denali mine actually rides alot smoother. Not sure what's different in the 23/24 models but id just go with the 3500 and be done with it.

    It was -40f/c and colder here last week and either of my remote starts both worked.
