Actually, you can do it to the real way, it requires a cluster reflash, but who that F wants to spend money to change that.....Oh and it wasnt photoshop, I just couldnt find a link to download MS Paint :D

Monday I go down to pick up the first 5 lol.
Then I will test FIT all of them Monday at my hose, package them up and hopefully ship Tuesday morning. If they are done and everything goes as planed thats how it will go down. I'll start second batch Monday as well and have ETA for those Monday...
It is very restrictive. The ones am making are matched to the 2 intake pieces to allow a nice straight flow design and not just an open spacer thet leaves open space with "walls" for the air to hit.

I use a digital gauge and it shows oil psi, at hot idle its like 18psi. Its been like that ever since I bought the truck, even before the syn. switch. over.

Ok so the heater grid is pretty much useless in warmer climate trucks, race trucks, and even the trucks that dont get cranked over in the cold.
The air intake heater grid comes on for a few minutes during warm-up, when the temp outside is, IIRC...

below 40° degree it is used. It wouldnt effect start up as theres no air moving through until running. It might take a little longer to warm up, and if its real cold out side, it may not keep the IATs up to a reasonable temp when Idleing.....
