but its not a bi-product of gas...matter of fact there is a lot more work involved in making diesel now days. also diesel prices go up in winter because the demad (so they say) for heating.- MMLMM

Question: has anyone had the dealer flash and lock the ecm
was there software/tuner updated? Did they try alt. keys? Our ECMs are and always have been locked, the tuner/software 'breaks' in and unlocks so we can tune. If the software/tuner is not updated to unlock the key, then that will happen. also this is a friend that heard this from someone...- MMLMM

I have heard of this. Most of the time its a canned tuner and it wasnt new enough for the new os and wont unlock it. What tuner do you have? You might have to send it back in to get it updated.- MMLMM
