Hey guys, I know I know not an Allison, but was wondering about this trans. I installed a circle D 245mm converter in my old man’s c4 vette. It had about 0.075” gap between the converter face and flywheel, with the converter pushed back as far as it will go. Is that acceptable or to little of clearance? I know we want some room for expansion so we don’t put pressure on the pump itself. Figured I’d ask here where I trust folks!

Every Circle D converter I've installed they call for 1/8in + or - .0025in. And this has applied to 4L60, 6L80, 8L90 etc.
