    Broken Crankshaft Alt Fire Cam

I just learned some interesting things I've never thought of - in relation to piston travel speeds between TDC and BTC. Then to top if off with the type of vibrations they create between crank/piston/cylinder configurations. Thanks!

    Built Trans on a budget

On the fuel issue, I'd watch where you're getting your fuel from or your tank has excess sediment and needs to be dropped and cleaned - without fixing that underlying issue, you're going to just clog the lift pumps filter(s).

    Built Trans on a budget

Frankly, I don't think you're in a position to do a "budget-build" - They don't really exist(quality) and will end up costing you more later. One problem is your transmission has quite a bit of mileage and needs someone who can go threw the hard parts with a fine eye. E.g., bearings, shafts...

Allison 6sp: LBZ light mods question

RGPZ 1001, 1002 and 1013; or would you recommend stock clutches at that level? I'm concerned about the converter delaminating its lining at that pressure too. So would you recommend the L.U.-valve or pressure spring or scratching this all together? Not to sound cheap, I am buying a new truck...

Allison 6sp: LBZ light mods question

Quick question for those experienced. I was bored and was thinking of pulling the transmission on my LBZ which has about 220k on it and installing Mike's pressure spring, trims springs and a lock-up valve - It's only a 450hp tune (already has a Jr in it) and I just have an itch to take something...

Anybody used these LML 20" replicas?

Think I am going to have to order me a set. These SRA's REALLY advertise any loss of traction with their squealing. Looks good, I just ordered a set of rear wheel liners to get rid of that silver/black frame area though. You should check them out: WWC99 rugged liners.

Anybody used these LML 20" replicas?

2" rear and 1.5" front adapters on mine. How do you like those 420s on these rims? 305 I assume?

    Anybody done any sound deadening?

Headliner you can go thicker than you think, I wouldn't go putting MLV up there but a layer of deadener, CCF and acoustic thinsulate would be fine.

    Anybody done any sound deadening?

Dynamat was found to be one of the not so great brands. I've mentioned the best ones but here is the thread about it... LONG read. http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/member-reviews-product-comparisons/146403-sound-deadening-cld-testing.html

    Rumors and lies

If you enjoy the truck and the sport, keep it. It may seem like a HUGE deal today, but given time and laying low, it'll blow over. Also, keep in mind, if you know who is harassing you, take screenshots and if they keep doing so, internet harassment is still harassment in the eyes of the law.

    Rumors and lies

Whatever you did or didn't do, the outcry of degrading crap people are doing to you is unacceptable - I don't think they realize the type of pain they're causing. Take heed, some of those are likely on this forum - Stay accepting of yourself and as hard as it is, ignore the childish...

    New Tires and BAD wandering

The wonder a lot of people are talking about here with new tires are from the mold release compound manufactures use, it should wear off within 500-1000 miles. Also, new tires have more tread squirm than older ones and response slower. However, with your amount of mileage, I'd look at pressure...

Question: Diesel Technology Source DTS Issue..........

It may be worth apprising Visa of your situation; At least then, they can advise you of what to do/point you in a better direction - they deal with things like this on a daily basis. DTS already ran you around more than they should have, no reason to trust them at this point.
