    What did you figure out on this OP? Also when rotating the hub, are you positive the sensor is reading from the tone ring or is it offset/further away?

    I used lithium grease (in the tub) last time I had issue and its been fine for at least year - year and a half. Im sure there is something better for application, but its what I had and seemed to work well.

    Pull rear drive shaft out of tcase. Clean and grease the splines that go back into tcase reinstall, I bet issue goes away. Report back. :thumb:

    My only 2 thoughts at this time, Pretty sure it reads about 14 (depending on baro pressure usually 12-14) so its like your first sensor was correct. As for the 27 on the new, are you sure its plugged in? I think 27 is max read out which could mean its not connected well.

    Beware of gm remans

    This is what a box containing a "GM" reman LB7 injector looks like. This is an injector from a GM dealer. They don't advertise Bosch anywhere. The reman "Bosch" I believe have a Bosch logo and say made in Germany with a Bosch part Number 0986435502. FWIW: We've done hundreds of LB7 injectors...

    Would this be legal?

    I would say it violates this rule and any good tech or competitor would probably agree and call you on it. It changes signal at the pedal hence electronically controlling throttle.

    Fluid ordeal NEED HELP!

    Dex 3 is basically dex/merc. They are compatible. Dex 6 is used from factory in 6 speeds, with that said It probably had dex 6 in it and is backwards compatible.

    Start in second, let it shift to 3rd. Raise RPM enough to to pull past 300ft still in 3rd, hammer down. lol. LMM 4low tables needed to cure that crazy defuel issue was resolve back around 2009. :driving:

    Thats just bad on so many levels. Hey, how cool would it be if duramax diesels wrote/somehow submit a bill that makes "rolling coal" an enforceable crime. Basically make it easy to get busted on and a hefty fine....? Edit: Disregard my sig while viewing this thread :/

    No prob. I have the stock tune you need, just not on this PC if that doesn't do it. It will have to be tomorrow tho.
