    What I'm saying is...when you open the gpcm up you will only find 2 relays...nothing more. Go to parts store or online and pick up the $11 relays and replace them.

    You should have the style that has a relay for the glow plugs and a relay for the intake heater. Pull the GPCM off, open it up and replace the relay inside. However Id test the relays first. Sounds like you were not even getting correct charge from the Alt to begin with though...

    I would think they would have put in plates (stiffeners) in that WF beam as you have a beam that is now just cantilevered. Its really easy to tell why its cracking like that. Gusset at the bottom of that WF will only shorten the cantilever and then crack once again at the gusset.

    Well, that is actually illegal. Edit; Partially illegal. Also if you do decide to fight it, plan on it costing more than the repair, most likely more than cost of the truck.

    Putting a tune on the truck does not void warranty. Breaking the truck because you tuned it does void warranty. Either be happy with the way it is, or be prepared to pay the bill when you break it. :thumb:
