How does the trans cooler line come off the fitting it's on against the firewall. The line and fitting the line goes on busted off so now I can't figure out how to get the rest of the fitting off the piece that's against the firewall. On a lb7.

Thanks guys! Will they have a new one at oreillys? And how does it go on? I tried to call oreillys and of course they had no idea what I was talking about

Not sure if they would have the part or not...kinda doubt it. When mine broke I had to buy the hose with fitting pre crimped from the local dealer. If you want I can see if I have my ticket with the part number. Which one broke the one on the right or the left?

I tried looking for my receipt when I had to buy that hose and I couldn't find it to save my life. Ill look one more place at home and report back.

Ive seen them at oriellys. They are just just a generic fitting out on the shelves. I know they have them, not sure if it is the right size but it looked about right. When mine broke I just bought a couple inch longer heater hose from home depot and slipped it onto the aluminum heater core line that the plastic fitting hooks to...don't have to worry about breaking the plastic fittings anymore.

Thanks for the numbers! I'm about to go to the parts store. Mike diesel, it holds up how you have it? I'm scared there's to much pressure going through those lines to just slide it on and hose clamp?
