    Monitoring live data via laptop?

The AutoCal will work the same way as a v2. Plug it into the truck and laptop, launch your scan tool, select the correct log, ecm and connect. Works well.

    Lb7 fpr p0088

When you upgrade to a lbz pump you have to disable the p0088 code. The lbz pump puts out too much psi and sets the code off. I've had to do this on all my conversions to lbz pumps along with rescaling it. Your tuner should be able to do this rather easily.

LB7 to LLY head swap Things you didn't know before...

With the right tune or harness it's easy. Runs great. Whole motor swap is much easier then a top end swap.

LMM: EFI Live Doesn't Pickup ECM

Autocals are "linked" to a specific v2. If the AutoCal came from kory then you'll have to get tunes from him or send it to him to un-link it, then link to your v2 and write/load tunes to it. You shouldn't need a new license for the AutoCal as it is already licensed to that controller.

LMM: EFI Live Doesn't Pickup ECM

Your trying to read a DSP tune on an LMM. This can't be done, all LBZ and LMM DSP tunes are locked and cannot be read with an AutoCal or V2. You should be able to do a full flash with your AutoCal. If you choose to use the v2 to do the full flash you will need a license and a tune. You can't...

    LB7: temp gauge sensor install?

I believe he is using a seperate gage, not related to the oem harness or ECM. Just my guess.

    LB7: temp gauge sensor install?

If the thermostats ever fail and get stuck closed then you'll have an inaccurate reading from the top side of the housing.

1/4 mile discussion and time slips post here!

We went a 9.7 with stock Pistons in my Chevelle, same weight as that truck. It was a motor that Russ built from Rpm Motorsports. Put about 100 passes on them before they started letting loose. LB7 pistons.

    Lbz pump on lb7

Yep, have done several that way. Works good. You'll also have to bump up your pressures to get it up to 25k. If everything works right and you get the psi up that high you'll prob throw a high psi code and limp your truck. P0088, disable it and you'll be fine :-)

    Lbz pump on lb7

B1010 table. Copy the lly b1010 table and paste into your lb7 table and it should work. I know this works for a stock pump, not sure if it's any different for a 120% over. Hopefully this helps.

    Another LBY swap

2 issues I ran into that need to be addressed. One is the oil pressure, doesn't read right on the dash. The other is the gpcm main power isn't wired in. The lb7 cable doesn't plug in like the lly one. I'll just need to make those 2 corrections to get it dialed. Other then that this would be a...
