Will a low mile (45,000 mile) stock lb7 cp3 keep up with 45% over injectors? I might have the chance to put 45% overs in my truck but wont have the funds for dual cp3's just yet.

At least do a lbz reg and make sure you have other supporting mods. But you should be able to hold rail fine with 45%s id imagine.
Depends on how much power you are trying to make with them right now. 550hp worth of fuel, probably. 700hp, probably not.
lbz regulator on a lb7 pump make that much of a difference? Yeah I have supporting mods, stock ihi though, shooting for 550-600 but that's cramming a lot of fuel through a stock ihi.
You will be capable of grenading the stock IHI, my brother's truck got 45% S&S Injectors and head studs summer before last, last winter he broke the shaft on the IHI coyote hunting last winter, lol. Now he has a Fleece 63.5mm lb7 Cheetah.
I have 100% over Exergy's and a LBZ cp3, with a Fleece 63.5mm VGT, I can't put enough Fuel to it to smoke and it starts dropping rail pressure... So it burns clean!
