    Building traction bars

Not a bad home made set...paint em up and they will look good. I run James Carter's traction bars from SSDieseltuning.com...great bars and great guy to do business with. Also, SS Diesel is a forum contributor so they are allowed to advertise on the forum...

    Compact twin kit

x2 I would love this setup but only if I can run my stock LBZ charger with 475. Don't want an aftermarket high pressure charger.

    Wife's new truck

DSP5, Transgo Jr., exhaust, EGR block, lift pump & whatever esthetic upgrades you want (shackle drop, wheels/tires etc.) would be a good start. As long as the trans is healthy it will hold some decent power with just the shift kit. My 200K miles LBZ's 6 speed held a 450rwhp tune for a good...

Fender Flares-07.5 and up vs. 07 classic

Might be time to do some trimming and stick the newer style flares on. I've already put a 35" tire on a truck with 2" drop...maybe it's time to get 37's under this thing with a 2" drop.

Fender Flares-07.5 and up vs. 07 classic

I've got an 07 classic 2500 LBZ. It has the color matched smooth fender flares. When I bought the truck it was missing the driver side fender flare. I am considering just upgrading to the Bushwacker style fender flare and found a deal on them but the ones I found are for the 07.5. Does anyone...

    LBZ: Fender Flares Removed?

Anyone that has removed their flares or is considering removing them...I am looking to buy a set of smooth flares that can be painted. If they are smooth and painted white already that would even be better. I would probably even consider the textured. Let me know.

What leaf to remove for ride quality

I'm surprised that you don't like the ride. I ran that setup in my CCSB (2" drop shackle, overload removed, 1 full leaf removed, torsions all the way down w/ Bilstein 5100s) and it rode amazing. Mine felt soft but not too soft. On a single cab it is strange that your having too soft issues on a...
