Well I've had a lot of people comment on my home made traction bars saying they'd like me to make them a set and they'd buy them from me. Was just wondering who all would be interested in em? Here is a pic after building them no paint. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1366031395.134120.jpg

Not a bad home made set...paint em up and they will look good.

I run James Carter's traction bars from SSDieseltuning.com...great bars and great guy to do business with. Also, SS Diesel is a forum contributor so they are allowed to advertise on the forum...

Ya idk what I was thinking earlier about starting this thread. Mods need to delete it because I'm not a vendor on here. Guess I was still half asleep. Lol.

The front mount is a 3" Heim and it mounts in the back to bushings above and below the axle.

thats not what i mean. if you put a triangulated bar on your axle as you have done and do not use a shackle at the front frame mount or put a slip joint in the bar, you will have terrible spring bind as that bar will MAKE the axle travel in a circular motion instead of the straight up and down travel the springs inherently give.

It is still in the testing phase, we just finished em yesterday. When we first welded em up we checked the movement on the axle at full droop with no binding. We will be doin some real world testing this weekend.

Only thing you will be binding is the springs and hurting your ride. Been down this road. The only thing you have going for you is the lack of separation between the back to bushings.
