    A 2" shackle with overload removed should sit you near perfectly level when the t bar bolts are removed. Should provide approx. 3" drop all around. I like that look personally and it's not so much drop that the truck become useless off road. I love a clean dropped truck but the utilitarian...

    I can send you a couple pics if you PM me. Not sure how much they will help though...you can't see where I cut as the fender liner covers it up. Google the NorCal Nick fender mod. It is a very similar procedure for that. Someone did a detailed write up with pics on that a while back.

    Yessir, I've got as big as a 35" tall tire on a classic with 2" drop shackles and lowered torsion bars. If done right people wont even tell any cutting was done.

    Will this be going on a VVT truck? That will make all the difference. My LBZ had all of 3 ft. of exhaust and it is loud at big RPM but is pretty tame when driving normally. It sounds amazing...the most distinctive exhaust note I've ever heard. If it is an LB7, the drone will be unbearable.

    That SS is a nasty bitch. Nice job. dmaxman06...I like the look as well...it is understated and simple. If your hauling around some extra horses that just makes it even better. I love stomping people in my "work truck".

    A 4x4 LBZ with good tuning and lift pump should run a high 12 as long as the trans will hold it and the driver can cut a decent 60'. Last time I checked a bone stock LBZ will run a 15 something...
