Full billet trans , everything you can put in one including billet flywheel is around $8k+in parts alone . I know I just built mine. So trans builds are not cheap. Evans kit with billet input is around $4200+ freight that's parts alone doing it yourself. That still leaves a lot of $$$ in parts...
If it fires and runs fine when using starting fluid I'd check to see if the fuel filter setup was sucking air. Seen many suck air and be the whole reason why a max is running one day and not the next.
Just recently a guy we know broke down in MS and dealer tried to sell him injectors, fuel pump...
1st build a good concrete slab since it don't matter how nice the shop is if it falls apart in time .
I have shitty cracking black dirt so:
1/2 rebar 12" centers double layered on the top 10" thick top slab
30" beams with 6 5/8 rebar and plenty of stirrups
5500 psi concrete NO ASH...

Oh and it's Black lol.
Swfa scope, Rem700 action with Badger or similar tactical bolt know, Magpul stock, Savage barrel nut or SPR setup. That's just quick glance but I know tactical rifles.
Out of all things to mod or do to a truck I have yet to figure out why anyone would pick the lights to spend money on. If you can't see well enough with the headlights on 2010+ trucks money would be better spent on a trip to the eye doctor. Sorry for not being positive but I wished they outlaw...
I'd run it through an auction and let someone else worry with it. If no oil pressure after changing the oil the bearings are prob shit. Sounds like seller put the screws to you.
I couldn't pick just one. I'd have to say my lift, Miller 252, Baldor bench grinder, air compressor and my Miller 250 syncrowave. One day I'll take time to actually learn the Tig since my buddy that is a pro never seems to have time to come show me . Anyone in the central Texas area near Waco...
