MA motor mounts and Transfer case brace = driveline vibration felt now??

Yes, I just had it out when I had the trans out so no doubt they are good. Main reason I was curious if I'm just feeling it now due to everything being mounted more rigid. I'm in central Tx. Trucks no driven hard or down rough roads fast etc . I take care of my stuff. Tires are less than a year...

MA motor mounts and Transfer case brace = driveline vibration felt now??

Ok guys when I did some work on my CCLB 4x4 2004 GMC I added a T-case brace and MA engine mounts. Now of course more engine vibration you can feel due to the engine mounts being so much more rigid. My question is before I never had a vibration in the truck going down the road 65-80mph+ ...

    REAL World MPG's

My CCLB 4x4 2004 LB7 with 6" lift and 12.50 35's gets 15mpg all the time really no matter how I drive it. I haven't taken a long trip yet so no idea what it will do on the HWY but my guess is around 18-20.

New personal best for White Lightning!

Nice truck and pass, ever thought of cutting the frame and pulling it together with a short box? Must be spinning the tires out of hole since with the Hp/TQ that truck should be in high 9's I'd think once you get your setup perfect. Naturally that's always easier to say than do.

fitting 20x12 -44 offset wheels on 09 lmm

I'm just still trying to figure out why guys want 12-14" wide wheels that stick a half mile out from under the fender? Could understand if purpose built race truck but not on a DD. Anyways I wish you luck since without a lift or homeboy profile tires I don't picture them fitting without cutting...

PPE manifolds & up pipes , Duramax store brand or??

My ProFab down pipe, up pipes and manifolds fit perfectly. I chose Rick since everyone had great things to say and he was the original maker. I have no doubts PPE product is great as well since I run some of their parts as well.

    Straight pipe or muffler?

Ok guys since I put my Profab up pipes , manifolds, and down pipe on the truck it seems louder in the cab . Kind of like a moan like a flow master has. Truck has Banks 4" stainless exhaust with their muffler . Do you think if I did away with the muffler it might help or just get louder...

    FASS stk-5500bo tank sump

I just put a new Fass150 on my LB7 and man it's super quiet. You can't hear it at all in the cab and barely outside of the truck. Also came with updated 1/4" steel brackets with rubber isolator so that helps keep it quiet as well. Brackets are easy to mount and way better than before. I also...

Quiet and best options for 100-150gph lift pump?

Got the new Fass 150 and man it's super quiet. Definitely better earlier pumps with good thick steel brackets etc now so I didn't have to build one.

    Allison 5spd converter question.

Yeah the weigh and rotating mass I know has a lot to do with it. Was just curious if anyone else had their motor over power the converter that easily and sounds like the answer is yes. Which #3 should be 150hp tune since he started at 50hp-250hp.

    Allison 5spd converter question.

Since most of you on here have tuned trucks I figured y'all might know. Just installed ProFab manifolds , up pipes, down pipe, WCF turbo intake horn, y-bridge updated kit, both intercooler pipes , and air intake/air cleaner. Fass150 and fully deleted . Evan got my tunes from Kory Willis...

    Another Y Bridge Question

All I can tell you is installing a Ybridge on a LB7 sucks. You have to remove and loosen a ton of parts just to get to it.

LB7 Wehrli Custom Fab intake kit

No , my switch is the same but brackets different since Cali model i guess. I built a mounting bracket and found a tight fitting hose to make a grommet. Good to go now.

LB7 Wehrli Custom Fab intake kit

Well I got my y-bridge and turbo intake horn on the truck. Got everything else together and went to install the MAP sensor and it won't work. Mine is a Cali emission truck which I just fully deleted . I'm assuming the Map sensor from a non emission LB7 is what I need to buy to fit the new...

    LB7 PCV re-route??

No mess, just with my new intake horn and Y-bridge the steel line etc that was there before won't work now. I'll run them together and down the back of the engine etc. Just wanted to be sure there wasn't a reason why I couldn't .

    LB7 PCV re-route??

I don't have to have a catch can but without one have you had any issues with it running oil down under the truck?

    LB7 PCV re-route??

Well the Cali emissions run a steel line over the top of the intake to a port on each valve cover , which meet and run down to the front left of the engine . I'm going to cap off the port at the front left of the motor since the engine vents will no longer be going to it. I was hoping there is...
