    I've only been a tech for 4.5 years so I could be missing something but I am thinking an o-ring wont work well with what you are attempting. If you tighten them just enough that the o-ring is slightly compressed the bolt will work its way loose, if you tighten them enough that the bolt is tight...

    1/8 is too much, replace it. Also the batmowheel is worth it for the sound, not so much on the power.

    Could also scope the cam and crank with a Modis or some other lab scope and watch for irregularities.

    Just saw that your cranking RP isn't high enough. It needs to be over 2,500. that could be leaking injectors, bad fprv, bad cp3 or a high pressure fuel leak.

    Check compression. That cranking vid does not sound good at all, it sounds like its not hitting on all cylinders. Does the smoke while cranking burn you eyes and smell like fuel? Seems to me like its getting fuel but doesn't have compression to ignite, either that or the injectors are not firing...

    I believe you will have coolant in the oil if you lift a cup. it only makes sense anyway

    Is your over flow tank turning gray? Check real good in the valley of the engine as it could be leaking down into there and not making it to the ground.
