    Mine did that until I got tired of it and did studs and grade C gaskets. On my the gaskets weren't blown but both heads were warped.

    Quick google search says 48 volts.

    When checking the wires slide a pin down along the wire into the connector to backprobe them, I use T pins so it is easier to clip the leads on. Not sure on the volts but I'm fairly sure it should be closer 40 volts.

    Any more info on disabling the auto on feature? I think that is what is killing my hids.

    ^ That is commendable! On my experience with the faulty 6.0 injectors they did make it right, but only after pulling the valve covers 5x and hundreds of dollars lost in shipping and warranty work that the customer could not be charged for......

    I only have experience with II injectors but I can testify that there product and customer support SUCKS in my experience.

    Mine did the same thing, sent rob a log. The new tunes felt like 50 more Hp on the top end and WAY more fun to drive!

    Its actually a torrington bearing in the trans that will fall out of place, major carnage will ensue!!!!!

    I don't torque either of them and I do it for a living, just make sure they are tight.....

    I had blue leds in mine but they went bad so I have white leds in now, looks pretty sweet!

    Question: advice!

    Not the cts, oil burning pos engines! Get a civic or cavalier or something cheap like that. A vw tdi would be best for fuel mileage but not near as cheap to purchase or maintain.
