When checking the wires slide a pin down along the wire into the connector to backprobe them, I use T pins so it is easier to clip the leads on. Not sure on the volts but I'm fairly sure it should be closer 40 volts.
^ That is commendable! On my experience with the faulty 6.0 injectors they did make it right, but only after pulling the valve covers 5x and hundreds of dollars lost in shipping and warranty work that the customer could not be charged for......
Not the cts, oil burning pos engines! Get a civic or cavalier or something cheap like that. A vw tdi would be best for fuel mileage but not near as cheap to purchase or maintain.
