    I does not ruin the seals, but if the seals are worn or weak, you may experience oil "leaks" because the synthetic oil is better able to flow through the imperfections in the older seals.     I started with the HTT S366 and loved the turbo (my only point of reference); I would put this turbo on any daily driver. It just depends on what your goals are...I'm not convinced that anything over 600 hp is "safe" for the bottom end. ...from the guy with triples on stock rods:roflmao:
