    I had injector failure with 18K on my '03. It hydrolocked the engine. I parked it, went to work, came out for lunch and the motor did not turn over with the starter. It was fixed by the dealer that time, but there are things that can happen with bad injectors.

    Lift Pump Surging?

    I put a valve in the bypass hose when I did my install. I would do this for any positive displacement lift pump installation on a DD rig. If the pump fails, just open the valve and you can keep driving with a smaller tune. FWIW, my PPE is still kicking after 3 years of cold winters.

    Have you thought about putting HID's in your high, low, and fogs and using the "all on" mod? I did this, and it is wonderful, and cheaper than buying off road lights. I have had one truck that put out more light than my all on HID's, but it was BIG$$$ and drew about 40 amps with all the lights...
