    Try something a little more robust like a little bit of lithium grease spray. WD40 is very light and will vaporize off, especially when dealing with pressure. You might also take a close look, you may have hogged out the holes or worn the pin on the brake pedal...:confused: Good Luck

    I think I may have a bad ECM. Can I get the appropriate ECM from a junk yard and reprogram the second ECM with EFILive using the same tune for the original VIN truck? Will this cost me a license from EFI? I was hoping to slip in the new ECM, do a reflash, then start the truck. Does this work?

    I have L/R, setup to datalog with EFI, or just the original right side when I'm driving. There is about a 200*F difference between the sides (left is colder). The left side is a BD, the right is a drilled stocker. I think the difference is the casting lug on the BD versus the drilled stocker...

    Name some small diesel engines?

    I'm thinking marine applicaitons: Yanmar, Perkins, Volvo, I think that they all have 4 cylinder models that came turbo charged, in about the 100 hp range, 50-70 HP naturally aspirated... 30-40 HP in the 2 and 3 cylinder N/A models.... These were used in the 28'-50' sailboat applications....
