    I'm with Ben. Turbo'd LS motor. Or spray the crap out of an LS motor. Like Ben said if it gives up then go buy another one. If I didn't have 3 older gen small blocks already I would have have a 5.3 or 6.0 with a gt45 single.

    18x9 -12 offset 285/60r18

    That's the exact same offset, backspace and wheel and tire size I run. I'm lowered with the tbars all the way down and 3" drop shackles. I trimmed alot when I ran 35's on a leveling kit though.     Alot of dodge guys use the super 40 in work stock. But like everyone else said prob not worth the trouble. I broke myself in with the stock turbo and u would b surprised at well it will do if the truck is setup right. I really believe that setup is the key whether racing or sled pulling.

    Depends on what brand and size u want. M&h sells a few tires around the 28"-30" range in a 16" rim for around 200 a tire. The 30" is about 239 a tire. Mine r a 26x8.5x15 and they r only 160 a tire but that's too short for these trucks. Good luck with the setup

    I don't know if anyone has said this but I think I would invest in some slicks or drag radials. I've never raced a 4x4 truck yet, but my experience is with racing a heavy ass 63 impala and a very light 77 vega. Let me tell u there is nothing better than feeling that car hook and go with slicks...
