    Some better pictures. I'm really concerened about the surface that the vanes move on. The coating is in pretty bad condition. Thoughts??

    I didn't have a way to accurately measure it but its sitting somewhere aroun 2.8in I.D. Ill get a better measurement tomorrow.

    Relentless diesel performance is in conroe. But I don't trust there work. LJC Performance is up in Hewitt which is a good 3 hr drive from you. What do you need done?

    2wd to 4wd conversion

    Bumping this thread again. To operate 4lo your going to need a switch to tell the ecm it's in 4lo and also modify the ratio's to accommodate the different output ratio of the NP205, since its 1.96:1 in 4lo.
