    I might try the drive pressure method. It doesnt matter how light of a spring you use because the drive pressure will hold it shut untill you let off and drive pressure goes below boost and the boost will force it open. I have heard of people in snowmobile applications using no spring

    these are made by turbo smart, I have to think they would be pretty darn good, I am not sure how you activated it using drive pressure but it does sound possible for sure. I would like to know how also. bov is to prevent compressor surge (turbo bark)

    it is possible to break the 550 mark, but your turbo isnt going to last super long, and from what I have gathered your rods are getting close to bending at 600

    stock turbo is going to limit you to around 500, should be able to run about 600 ish on stock internals, with a bigger turbine

    I am confused about the full flash, it sounds like if we are running in dsp tunes we shouldn't use this update. or is it only for flashing with the autocal? when I put tunes into my truck I always do a full flash. sounds safer to me but I dont know the actual difference

    I would get something with extra filtraton like an air dog or a fass, I think my motor went out a while ago but need to take it apart to make sure it isnt jammed or something like that. I would be careful with the backyard tuners, I have heard horror stories.

    what are you running for cp3's? I have heard that the dmax dont like anything over 10psi.

    the seat comes apart I believe, remove the seatcover starting at the back side of the seat at the very bottom it clips together with plastic. I dont know if the foam comes off but I am betting its possible, if not its worth a shot before buying a new seat
