Pulled the transmission out of my Burb... 4th gear clutch was nice... Then over run, forward, direct, intermediate, and both band intermediate and reverse are burnt.. though, all forward gears clicked off nice and clean... Except reverse, seam like I got a pressure issue..did fine couple valve body bolts looser than others..

Joys...

Got done milling on the thick blocks and sent them to the lathe. Put the 4 jaw chuck inside the 3 jaw chuck to make round. Customer wanted them split but didn't want a gap in the middle so we had to make them 2 piece. The big ones finish @ 14" long X 6.500" O.D. The small ones are 6.5" O.D. X 4.375" long.

Those 60 meter concrete pumps are wireless remote controlled and need a year round overweight permit where I live. Hell breaks loose when a joint pops from wear. I was running a local school job here in town when one went off, sounds like shotgun blast and the has the shrapnel to go with it.

TX of course
Should be close to 120k lbs. and all of them pretty much are wirelessly controlled. I think they're neat to watch. They can go completely vertical and pour concrete floors inside high-rise buildings.
