How about threaded cups for the heads? Seems like a good preventive idea? What's the feedback so far on them has anyone heard? I guess it's more for super super power trucks?

forgot the key cam,crank and new tig'd water pump, and the normal stuff....
There are pinned water pumps now, Mark told me the welded pumps were having longevity issues. Might want to check them out before you buy...
Bri I would go with the screw in cups or studs, whatever is cheaper
Do you know the part number for the studs for the injector hold downs?

Yeah, no kidding. Someone may have done the headgaskets on this engine, the thermostat housing was covered in RTV, had overtorqued bolts, and the coolant tube from each head has a missing GM bolt per side.
