It's easier to find than people would believe.. I'm not smart enough for it though.. Plus back probs suck..

For the last 2 months I've been lifting my numbers have slowly gone up and I notice a slight difference physically well I say f**k mediocrity. The last week I've hit everything much much harder. It feels good :D time to start putting on some mass

I just bought"graphite" preworkout. It's working for me, got a compliment from a 51 year old power lifter on my squat depth. He said I have almost perfect form, that was 5x5 with 315. He literally gave me a fist bump and told me nice to see someone actually squatting correctly lol. Feels good to hear stuff like that, I told him thanks and good to hear im not just in there hurting myself or looking like a fool lol

OK, so like less than a week ago I was up to 183...did some endurance/light weight massive rep workouts and a (appx) 20mi circuit of cross terrain and downhill mtn biking and I'm down to 172...

**** my metabolism...

Decided to take the weekend off, smolov was really trashing my legs and form getting sloppy is not worth the risk. Was nice to relax and not worry about dreadful workouts :roflmao: But like any good addict, had to get back under that bar.

Squats
7 sets, 5 reps, 385lb.

Surprisingly easier than expected. Tmmrs workout shall be a killer.

I'm floating at around 240 now still with no cardio. Eating less and not eating my bulk snacks at work and I'm suprised my weights haven't really dropped. I actually did a pyramid on dumbells monday and worked up to the 115s, which I usually can't do. Maybe it's the preworkout though lol. Today I did back skipped deads because something in my lower back told me not to today.

Back is a little sore and tight today, stretching helped. Slept in till 10:30 and got to the gym at 11 with bed head:D Hadn't eaten since 9 last night.

Went to my spinal guy again today. Adusted and worked on some core stuff for home.. Apparently I'm terribly weak in my core and lack stability.. Suprised how much difference 10 minutes made..
