Damn that's tempting..

I have insurance, just got on it a couple weeks ago thought because they screwed me around for 4 months

I wear Nike Inflict wrestling shoes for my Deads. I f-ing love that shoe!

Yup, nothing is best but most gyms frown upon such things. Hygiene or something lame like that :rofl:

Grab a pair of converses, I have worn mine down and need a new set but for the money, they are a good solution for deads.

I go barefoot after 225 on deads.. My feet slide around to much in my shoes so I just pull em off. Have got a few looks but overall idgaf

I'd look around and try and get the mri...it'll tell them exactly what's wrong no guessing. I agree don't do the shot as it masks the pain and you can inadvertently re injure it and make it worse...ask me how I know. All that aside just try to stay limber, stretch alot...yoga maybe as I'm debating it

There seems to be a little stigma among guys with regards to yoga that is beginning to disappear I don't do yoga per say but what I do takes certain yoga posses and uses them to help weightlifters/crossfitters its called ROMWOD. For 13$ a month there are usually gorgeous girls in tiny and tight clothes doing the whole routine in front of you. its pretty nice. Since beginning it may be coincidence but my numbers are going up much faster, back is much better etc.

Took 3 days off from the gym. Back feels ok in the mornings but gets sore as I work, standing on concrete for 12 hours is rough... Anywho felt better tonightand decided to do some bench and deads.

I seem to be unloading the weight onto my quads when I get tired and my core collapses. So this whole lots o reps thing is killing my soul. :rofl:

Prob take an aleve tonight and foam roll everything, def starting to feel the tightness and what not from volume lifting creep in.

Measured BF at 12% weighing in at 185. Cutting fat and maintaining weight. So far the diet is working. Man it's tough eating "clean" I don't even want to swallow the chcken I'm eating lol I chew it forever! About burnt out but I got 6 more weeks and hopefully 10% and 187-188. I can't even begin to explain the gains or how much tren has changed my appearance haha. I believe from now on, it's tren and test only...
