Sucks about your guys backs, mine was bothering me me the last 2 days but is good now. I did weigh in at 240.6 today so pounds are still dropping. Should look just slightly bulky if I drop another ten pounds lmao
But time for a specialist Corbin...probably an mri. At least you would know for sure then

Even if your guy isn't pushing an MRI you should probably be... wouldn't you prefer to know exactly what's wrong as opposed to a best guess?

Got back in there this week. I felt super weak on the bench. Could only muster up 135x6. It felt much heavier than it was! Lol. Deadlift stayed at 205. Good news is I gained 5 lbs. Finally back over 140. Been eating like a horse.
Question, is it okay to deadlift without shoes? I wear only Nike Air Max, it felt like there is too much cushion. Took my shoes off and it was much easier to push into the ground.
