I smoked my legs today.
Been using one of my elbow cuffs on my right knee on the patella tendon. Knee has been feeling much better on leg workouts.

right now doing about 250g P, ~140g C, and 60g F.
i feel good lately. lifting 5 times a week and doing 45min of stair stepper on lift days and 1hr on "rest" days.
