No drive right now. Been rediculously stressed and just haven't really gotten a schedule back since the baby was born. Life has definitely happened and I think I'm busier now than I have been at any point in my life. I just don't do me time I give it to my kids and everyone else, not bad but definitely not good long term.

I know. New job, something my speed is in the works. Finally getting a chance to go hunt since I was a kid...Either time or money but never both, go figure. Cramming tons of info down my throat on business and how to run one and getting some legitimate training and certification so I can do what I really enjoy.

Nothing wrong with that. I have gone through similar feelings and issues since moving as well. Sometimes a little break to recharge the batteries is needed. Even if you only hit the gym a couple times a week, just to stay loose and limber.

I gotta do something...I've wanted to hop out and beat the life out of the fkin moron drivers around here. Been all over thus country and I honestly think this is some of the worst drivers I've ever been around. I'm super hot headed and that don't help.

Took a video of a 365 pull a few weeks ago and it was cringe worthy. My form was all out of wack on the heavier lifts so I tossed my ego in the trash and backed the weights down. Focusing more on Sumo, I went down to 225 and hit the reset button. I haven't gone over 315 in 3 weeks. I'll get a video soon but I feel my form is where is should be. Now I'm sore in places I wasn't before. :woott:

Florida has the worst drivers hands down.
You'll get it figured out. I just started a new side business and finding time for the gym has been tough. Ive forced myself to go even when I didn't feel like it, and Ive skipped a few days too. Life happens quickly.

I run beltless on everything as well Albert. Course I usually don’t squat or pull heavy heavy anyways.
