I need some good accessories that will help with lockout. I can move the weight up to my knees with ease but i cant pull my hips through. 365 seems to be the hump for me. 345 & 355 is no problem but that extra 10 lbs is killer! My BW is down like it always is in the summer and i know thats holding me back.
We have the exact opposite problem, haha.

If I can get it six inches off the floor it's going up, never failed halfway up.

No chains or bands at my gym but I can definitely do some rack pulls. Thanks! What's a good % to work at?

Also, if you can get a good band or two and stand on it wrapped over the bar, you'll be way ahead on lockout strength deficiency. You can get a good full length monster band for just a couple bucks.

Gyms without pegs on the rack or eyes bolted to the floor make it harder, but no impossible.

Has anyone heard of creatine making you lose weight? I've been taking it again since May. I've lost 7 pounds and my pants don't fit anymore.

Lower than 70%. Speed, speed, speed...then go fast too. Low reps. Higher sets.

I do a lot of work like 55%, sets of 2, 10 sets, go every 45 seconds.

I did rack pulls today at 60%. Very good exercise!

Pre church lift.. heavy flys and flat bench.

Worked up to 305x1, probably could have got 2 but I didn't have full faith in my spotter.. shoulder is starting to feel better. Almost hurts less on heavy than light

Nothing to special of note... Still waiting on the knee and shoulder to start feeling good enough to push the weights higher.

Deads
335x4sx8r
385x3
Still rolling beltless and strapless, back is feeling good.

Bench
245x5sx8r
275x3sx3r
As Corbin mentioned shoulder almost feels better with heavier weight on the bar, good sign I think...

Lots of heavy breathing programmed until fall. First frost, and I'm chasing down lifetime PRs in all three lifts.

Right now I'm doing lots of volume on the snatch/C&J, just trying to act like I'm otherwise fit with the Metcon work. :roflmao:

Little update, it's been a year or more since my last update. Sitting at 195lbs now. Chest/back/shoulder measurements have improved a ton. Upper thighs coming in at 26" Biceps at 17, calves at 16. Pressing 110s on incline bench for 10-12reps now. Chest is pretty much where I want it now. Working in getting calfs up to arm size, and wanting a 450x4 deadlift

Im sitting about 208 ish another 8 pounds or so and I may have the balls to post a selfie... Don't want to break the internet lol.

I missed the gym all last week due to training in Tacoma. Got home at 12:30 am saturdy morning and hit the gym at 11:am. I ate a big breakfast friday and 2 bananas the rest of day:eek: needless to say my strength suffered big time:D backed the weight off and just worked reps and chased a pump.
