I smoked my legs today.
Been using one of my elbow cuffs on my right knee on the patella tendon. Knee has been feeling much better on leg workouts.

Feeling good today actually. Took about 3 hours for and 4 bottles of water to get going good again. Lol

Finished the day with 18k steps and 8.2 miles down according to my Fitbit also. That's not including the bike ride. Lol

came out of this winter at BW of 218 and 24%+ BF... just kinda of let shit go end of last year with senior year and what not.. just felt shitty as ive always been "in shape" but definitely slacked in the gym during my final semester.. Its crazy how it can just kinda sneak up on you too..

Just weighed in yesterday. and im down to 181 and 10.8% BF. Strength is up and feel f*ckin great! trying to get down to around 7ish%. Happy that the hard work has been paying off and getting back into my prime :thumb:

What's your diet consist of?

I would like to get back down to 215. Currently at 246.

right now doing about 250g P, ~140g C, and 60g F.

i feel good lately. lifting 5 times a week and doing 45min of stair stepper on lift days and 1hr on "rest" days.

Back on the high calorie stuff. ON Serious Mass this time. It worked really damn good years ago. Trying to be around 3-3500 cal/day. Scale says 153, shooting for 160 by New Year.

200 last night after a good shoulder/ abs workout.

"Any skinny guy can have abs, real men have traps" saw that somewhere one day and it's stuck with me.
