My quads are really showing there weakness. My squats struggle the most when quad starts to take over for last part of rep. Or at least that's my thinking?

Still pretty sick, took a day off work to get a little more sleep.

Went to the Gym with my youngest Daughter this morning:thumb:
She is playing flag Football this year and has shown some interest with the iron.

We worked on Squat technique and stretching to get into the proper position. Plus she has a game tomorrow so I didn't want to wreck her right out of the gate:D Did some leg press to help stretch out her hips.

And of course I had to throw a little weight on there to show her proper form;)

57 in December.. Got back into lifting hard about 2 years ago.
Kinda sucks for me I was at or very close to those numbers 15 years ago

At best, being a truck driver, is calisthenics (sp) and isometrics, and jump rope for cardio which I still do.. 2-3x a week

WTF? Have you ever seen over the top? Slap a cable machine in the passenger seat:D JK

There are some pretty jacked BW lifters. My Pappy drove truck for a long time, so I get not being able to fit fitness into your schedule.

WTF have not seen my rig?!? its a spacish regular cab pickup :D
Be nice to find a 9-5 style job making similar money that I could get to a gym regularly

Finally gonna be back to the gym this week, been a long couple weeks off from car work and kitchen demo/remodel prob can't even squat BW. :(

Leg press was light, getting pressed out lol 12 plates 10x4
did a few machines then slow seated calves 10 reps 10 second flex pause 10 second break x about 8 lol and I'm done

I used to compete at the national level. I was in a car accident 2 and a half years ago and had some spinal cord damage and had to have a 3 level fusion. Messed me up pretty good. I'm only about 225-230 now at about 5%. I used to walk around in the offseason at 270-275 at 8%. I'm 5'8. I'm brutally weak now, but fortunately I think I'm as small as I'm going to get.
After reading all these posts I realize I am literally the weakest person to post in this thread.
