Lifted today,worked so much thursday and friday had no time. Round 2 of weights on my legs. ..... squat 135x10 2 sets,205x8,225x5. Lunges,30# dumbells x4 sets 5 each leg. Dumbell deadlifts,10 reps x 4 sets,60 #. Kinda scared pushing my back....
Dumbbell deads are dangerous... anyone know what I mean?
Just smashed legs with deep squats and deep leg press.. Can barely clutch my truck to leave the gym. The next few days will suck
