Lifted today,worked so much thursday and friday had no time. Round 2 of weights on my legs. ..... squat 135x10 2 sets,205x8,225x5. Lunges,30# dumbells x4 sets 5 each leg. Dumbell deadlifts,10 reps x 4 sets,60 #. Kinda scared pushing my back....

Dumbbell deads are dangerous... anyone know what I mean? :(

Things are slowly coming around. I wasn't sure how heavy to go and decided I needed some redemption from saturday.

I've been slacking. Got back home and haven't had a chance to make it to the gym. Been soaking up some time with my kidos. Hopefully in the morning I can at least use my bench

I should add vertical is coming around. I put down a handful of decent dunks last night, something I wouldn't normally be able to do as easily.

Just smashed legs with deep squats and deep leg press.. Can barely clutch my truck to leave the gym. The next few days will suck

Found my one rep max on bench yesterday...my little chicken arms. Did 3 at 150 and was easy so went 165 got 2 and bumped it to 175 and squeaked out one. Guess it's better than I figured it'd be. Oh well gotta start somewhere

Didn't hit today as hard as yesterday but still got some plates moved.

Did flat bench with rest pause at the bottom and deadlifts between sets.

I'm going today, no deads as I rolled my ankle pretty bad saturday night shooting clays at 1:00 am. Got dark so we fired up the headlights. So we will see what i can do, I'm not limping anymore but I don't wanna roll it at the gym again lol
