After work went to a new GYM last night as my normal place is being revamped.
Haven't worked out in about 8 ish days. Decided to do a mini mock meet with lightish weight for sh*ts and grins.

455 miss the heeled shoes were just pitching me to far forward and i didn't feel like pushing it now that my back is feeling better.

Still annoyed with my squat performance last night I decided to hit legs again:thumb: There going to do what I want or Im gonna bust the F-ers off...
Back is a little sore form last nights festivities.
