Firing up some steaks for tomorrow's meals. 1.5lbs of fillet, and 2lb top sirloin. Potatoes for carbs and some green beans. Tomorrow is gonna be a great day.

Did some standing rows, with dumbells, 50 # 4 sets of 10. Farmers walk,60 # dumbells ,walked 3 times, each was around 1 minute. Forgot,pullups,30 total. It was humid today, sucked cuz I sweated all day yesterday, pounding the water. I lift outsidr, anyways ran and walked 2 miles after in 20 minutes. I jacked my lower back again. Same spot, same pain. It's like a really hard pulled muscle. Nothing crazy heavy, 290. Several sets in, and I warmed up like an old man. I was forward, but I don't think it was that bad. This is really frustrating.

How tight do you guys wear your belt?

I feel your pain Bennett, literally:( My back is starting to feel better though, rest, cat/camels, airplanes, lots of liquids, massage:thumb:

My belt has loosened up some from weight loss. Need to tighten it a notch. That Chris Duffin video I posted awhile back talks a lot about proper core bracing for big lifts. I still need to practice this technique to get better at it.

Mines not extremely tight, when it's on i can still breath and get the belt off after a set fairly easy. But tight enough when I tighten my core it is pretty snug. Don't know if that's ideal but it's what I am comfortable with.

Did some chest today. Sucks as I only have 20-25 minutes to lift depending on traffic. So I didn't get many movements accomplished but I got what I felt were decent #s.

Db Flat bench -
65x10
85x10
100x3x6

Decline bench -
145x8
235x6
285x1 (wasn't sure if I could do that one and it felt easy)
325x 1 then I went back and did a set of 2 after a rest.

I did but I feel like free weights would do a much better job. Once I get home I can get to the gym and see how much of a panzy I really am...o and pick up some of the ISO 1000
