Inzer will almost definitely take forever and a day, IDK if they slaughter the live stock out back to make the leather or what, but any color outside of black they take forever with.

That being said, I love my 10mm Inzer in blue. :thumb:

Squats tonight, starting to add a little more weight finally. Starting to feel more comfortable each time. I think it's time for a belt though...where is a good place to buy 1?

10 x 170
10 x 200
10 x 220
6 x 255

Good article on belts.

I'm running a Lever 10mm toro bravo (Titan Branded) It's been great so far & for 85 bucks it's a good deal.

lulz @ the BS pic, so much roidz

I have never really understood the anger towards double prong, its never been an issue to me but I can see how one prong would be easier I guess.

I am ~230lb and have no issue with 10mm, so IDK why the huge push for a 13mm

I like the lever belts, easy on easy off... But when the lever breaks its sucks, I need to pick up a spare and toss it in the gym bag.

I have never tried a 13mm belt so I don't have an opinion. The 10mm seems to be plenty for the weights I'm moving.

I can't wait for John Haack and Brett Gibbs to go at it next year at the Worlds, it should be an epic battle:thumb: Brett and I share the same last name, to bad we don't share strength:rofl:

Haack has Squatted 600+ Benched 440 and Deadlifted 700 in training. Pretty much inline with Brett's numbers.

Brett had a quad injury at this meet and came in second in his first appearance in the open division. Jose Castillo beat him but was later Dq'ed for testing positive for Nandrolone, thus giving Brett the win and the Gold medal but robbed him of the moment on the podium.

It's been almost 2 years since I did any weighted squats. Between an inflamed nerve and disc issue,I blew my right knee out 2 years ago. So here is the big leg workout, body weight squats 4 sets 20 reps. Bar only squat 20 reps,115x 15 reps,135x10 reps,145x10 reps,155x 10 reps. Bodyweight lunges,50 per leg. I felt like I could do 200 plus with no problems but I need to get my form 100 percent first.
