Just started my fall blast. Took most of the summer off with having a new born. Haven't really lost too much strength. Hopefully gain it all back plus a lot more!

Thanks, it kind of sucks because there is no pain at all so I don't know what movements could be hurting it. That's why I had to have the surgery again, I overworked it the first time and developed excessive scar tissue.

This is going to be a rough week for me. Been doin crossfit for about 6 months and lifting heavy occasionally. Back to lifting daily. Gonna be sore as sh!t!!
Day 1 was chest, tris, calves. Just finished and am already sore from it.

403m Run (1 meter for every ER Personnel that lost their lives)
THEN:
For each of the following 9 movements complete 11 reps:
Box Jumps (30/24)
Thrusters (115/85)
Burpee Chest to Bar Pull Ups
Cleans (155/115)
Hand Stand Push Ups
KB Swings (70/55)
Toes to Bar
Deadlifts (175/125)
Push Jerk (115/75)
THEN:
403m Run (1 meter for every ER Personel that lost their lives)
Finally,
*** As people begin to finish get *into groups of 3 and together (splitting up however you like) row 2977m, 1 meter for every person that lost their lives on 9/11...

What does "WOD" mean?
I wish I had the time to hit the gym 3-4 times a week. Lucky for 1 time at the current rate. 45-55 hours a week at work and married with 2 kids. Doesn't leave much time.
I just try to watch what i eat and maintain a weight.
