Cadillac of Bar Bells... I swear it will put 25-30 pounds on your Olympic lifts:thumb:

When I ever get my home gym put together an Eleiko Bar will be top on the list.

Good quality bars definitely make a difference I have never worked with an Eleiko bar but I want to :D

My gym has Ivanko powerlifting bars. I dont do olympic lifts anymore so the Ivankos are fine for my purpose. Deadlift session yesterday

Smashed a rib or dislocated that M-fer squatting a couple days ago... Definitely going to slow me down... So close to 405 squat and a 500 dead, dammit:baby:

What a great thread. I just started doing powerlifting/oly workouts the past few months and I am addicted. Its max week at my gym so I figured Id share my numbers and update them as I make more progress.

Bench: 345
Squat: 435
Deadlift: 475
Snatch: 220
C&J: Tonights workout so we'll see how that goes.

Lots of strong guys in here though. Keep up the good work.

Great numbers bud:thumb: Are those competition numbers? Raw or geared?

Broader question how long have you guys been lifting?
3.5-4 years for me Nick, since a 19 year layoff since high school:D When I raced Moto I didn't want much muscle mass, just cardio, 170-175 is what I raced at... My comp in august I weighed in at 197.5
