I don't have kids but I like working out at 5:30 because very rarely do you have any important stuff to do that early lol
Thats not a bad idea. Usually my work day starts around 7:00-8:00 and concludes at 5:00-6:00.

Bench: 345
Squat: 435
Deadlift: 475
Snatch: 220
C&J: Tonights workout so we'll see how that goes.
