That's not bad. And you'll get there before you know it. Just keep after it.

My bench max was 155 just 4 years ago. Now it's around 300-315 depends on the day.

I'm not big or small... I work out with big and really big:rofl: 6'3 260 and 6'5 320 thats big;)

Haven't posted up inawhile but nothing has changed.

Squats, worked up to a 435x3
Bench, did a paused 265x3
Skipped rows today, was packed and didn't feel like waiting

Reintroduced myself to the decline situp plank and have been rocking them, really gotta get my damn core stronger/fatter/something so my belt fits snugly.

Progress, albeit slow.

You don't have to eat a whole flock:D

Shoulders: 3 dumbell warmups,35lbx20 3 sets. 60#dumbellx12 3 sets. Bar shoulder press,135#x10,4 sets. Shoulder flies,4 sets x20 reps. Shrugs,4 sets x 20 reps. Oh yeah, since everyone is talking height and weight,5 ft 11,255#,cough cough.

Ok fellers outside of a protein pancake, or meat what else can a guy eat around lunch that is packed with protein. Left the doctor and he said I need to work on more protein during the morning and lunchtime area.

Take a protein shake with you for lunch, 2 scoops and add water when your ready, eat your normal lunch. I use hard boiled eggs, tuna, nuts, protein shakes, yard bird whatever...
