How many calories do you eat a day? it doesnt read like you get all that many Albert :D

Honestly I don't count them Nick... It's on my list of things to improve upon for next training cycle. Probably in the 22-2400 range. I pretty much maintain at that. I was always pudgy when I was younger, seems like I look at food and jumps on my gut:D I need to play more with the macros this next cycle. My 140 pound wife was eating 2200 calories just before her comp and she leaned down to 8% BF.

I will post up my nutrition plan and keep yall in the loop when I start a new training cycle in a couple weeks.

On my last cut cycle, I went as low as 1200 cal per day. Obviously to go that low you need androgens to maintain muscle mass...

Lacking motivation at the gym recently.. Been a few times the last couple weeks, and it's hard to get much done. It sucks..

Oh hey, I am back!

Took a nice long weekend camping, did a 6 mile kayak trip Sat, then a 10mile hike on Sunday, was a awesome disconnect from the world.

But, did deads today, cause what better to jump back into with right?

Called it quits, cause I am tired and sore :D 20 more pounds to 6 plate land!!! :woott::woott::woott:

So my buddy is a power lifter in the 148# class hes a strong bastard and hes a certified strength and conditioning coach... he is a proponent of IIFYM. He put this together for me and i honestly haven't put it into action yet but i am thinking about it. Frankly being in a caloric deficit for so long (roughly 5 years) my metabolism isn't good. Cold hands and feet even in summer excessive fat in my midsection basically all of the signs of a f**cked up metabolism. I was fat 245lbs in 2010 and at the beginning of 2011 I dropped 95 lbs mostly by severe caloric deficit(500-700+ a day. The last 2.5 years I have increased everything calories, and exercise but still i don't think my metabolism is right.

Damn Nick I didn't realize you had lost that much weight good for you. Sounds like your Metabolism needs a jump start. Keep me in the loop on your progress with your IIFYM:thumb:

Usually a large mori seiki lathe. 24" chuck 84 inch between centers. I believe it's a 2009 model. Cnc of course. And sometimes a Makino a61 5 axis mill. Really hate setup and programming that. I like simple lathes:D

Now the plan is to stay this lean and creep up to maybe 185ish, then stop and see how that looks.

10 Minutes of cardio on the elliptical kept heart rate at 150 ish... Will work on bumping this up weekly and probably 2 times a week.

I'm so f'ing glad this cycle is done... The back injury at week 8 or 9 just wrecked everything.... I have deads on friday so one last shot at 500 hundy:thumb:

Picked up a bench, bar, and 235 lbs in weights today. First shot at squats tonight...

I need to get some more weights, definitely feel I could do more. Was nice to see where I am at for a starting point. I'm gonna have to modify this bench for squats, was kind of a pain.

10x285 then 10x3 at 275

Deads: small deficit on a mat, snatch grip 3x8 at 315. Sweet leg trembles.

Am I the only one who looks forward to squats and deads, but wants to skip arm/chest days?:roflmao:
