LMAO!Um to much info dude
It comes back fast but I here you on the first 2-3 weeks. I hurt so bad from head to toe... The guy I was training with reminded me of the Sensei from the Karate Kid "Mercy is for the weak". I think he liked to work out with guys and run them off after a few days... What he didn't understand with me is, I'm dumb and stubborn...

Climbers chalk and lifting chalk is the same stuff and works like magic... But some of us are more stubborn on here & like to draw pretty pictures all over gym
Good for you on getting back in the gym Jason. It will truly change your life.
Lets not even get into poor decisions made when younger or even now for that matter
Guilty. I also count reps/rounds with tally marks on the floor.
Well after 10,000,000,000,000 reps and rounds I would loose count to
1 million burpees for time in 3...2...1...

Um no.....
Last week it was programmed to train two weaknesses. Pick the movement and perform a couple reps a minute for twenty minutes. I picked heavy squats and heavy snatches.

This is my first time going backwards on weights... Can't say as I like it too much Oh well, peaks and valleys I guess. My training partner goes up and down all the time, now I know how he feels.

Making my newb gains is kinda fun... Started at 95lbs and on Saturday I got to 215 3x5. Deads are going higher too 252.5lbs 1x5. Upper body has always been roughed for me to gain. I have added 65lbs to my 3x5 for bench in 9 weeks or so. I have the sudden urge to run/sprint as I am built for running
Called it quits cause the benches were taken (guess it was a delayed national chest day )
Don't feel bad...I squat and dead only about 140 and have to wear a belt...just one at the gym. My back is not a huge fan of weight anymore so I just go easy and make sure my form is spot on. Not gonna lie though I do get jelly reading some posts of you guys hitting upper 400's on stuff
