Yeah, I'm same height and close on weight but I look vastly different. :spit:

Didn't he mention being in a circuit that has to pass pretty stringent drug screen? Can't remember but his size is big and I think he said something about 7500 cal/day??? Hell he said the night after his meet he ate like 3500 carbs. I can't figure how he did that without eating pure sugar.

I'm sure he is putting at least that away or more daily... My wife is eating 2800+ and competes in figure in 3 weeks at 140lbs.

I don't remember what or where he was competing? It was a pretty big show I thought?

This is the comp d thread the last couple pages have some photos of Chris (ClamDigger) if anyone is interested.

This guy right here needs to stretch more. Low squats yesterday I'm feeling it. 225 x 10 worked my way up just 10 pounds at a time kept in them low as I could go. I want a decent pre workout. I slammed an energy drink and it kept trying to come back up on me tuesday, I don't care for energy drinks that much anyway.

Im sure he busts his ass in the gym. Not easy to put on that much size at his height and stay so lean. Definitely has some great genetics though. Always wished I had grown taller. At 5'10", I would look like a bowling ball if I was 260lbs

So I have decided I will stay put with the 3x3's until I can hit them properly, with the prescribed weights in my programming... I have been struggling with confidence issues in the squat, since my back injury a month or so ago... I seem fine with 1 or 2 reps but get shaken on heavier weights and multiple reps. I will need to build my confidence back up before I tear off after my goals:thumb: Oh and I pulled a groin muscle at some point last week? I have no idea when or what I did:confused::D

Squats
warmup (foam roller, stretching, lots of groin stretches...)
BarX10
135x10
185x6
225x5
275x3-4?
315x3
355x1
370x2
370x2
370x1
370x1
370x1
370x1
370x1 I think? I lost count:rolleyes:

You're gonna be walking funny tomorrow haha that's some big boy weight for squats.

Been sick for two weeks so just getting back into the swing of things tonight.

Started with some snatch work:

1x5 @ 135
1x3 @ 155
3x3 @ 185

Moved on to bench:
1x15 @ 135
1x8 @ 225
1x3 @ 285
3x3 @ 315

Did some flutter kicks in between the bench.

Next up was some super sets:

Push Press:

3x8 @ 155

&

Wide Grip Pull-ups

3x8(with a small band because I'm a lazy turd at the moment)

Need to get serious about my training but dealing with some bad sleep apnea so hopefully I'll start seeing some improvement in my training once I get my CPAP. That or I'm just lazy haha.
